Welcome to Resume Dream Factory (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform" or "we"). This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement entered into between you and Resume Dream Factory regarding your use of Resume Dream Factory services.
Please read and fully understand each provision carefully, especially those provisions that exclude or limit liability, as well as provisions governing applicable law and dispute resolution. Provisions that exclude or limit liability may be displayed in bold, and you should read them carefully.
When you complete the registration process by filling in information as prompted on the registration page, reading and agreeing to this Agreement; or when you complete the activation process by filling in information as prompted on the activation page, reading and agreeing to this Agreement; or when you actually use Resume Dream Factory services in any other manner permitted by Resume Dream Factory, it shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all contents of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall become legally binding. You undertake to accept and comply with the provisions of this Agreement. At that time, you shall not claim that this Agreement is invalid or request its revocation on the grounds that you have not read the contents of this Agreement or have not received answers to your inquiries from Resume Dream Factory.
If you do not agree to any content of this Agreement, or are unable to accurately understand Resume Dream Factory's interpretation of the provisions, please do not proceed with any subsequent actions, including but not limited to not completing the registration process, not activating your account, and not using Resume Dream Factory services.
The contents of this Agreement include the body of the Agreement and all rules, announcements, or notices that Resume Dream Factory has published or may publish in the future (collectively referred to as "Resume Dream Factory Rules" or "Rules"). All Rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of the Agreement. Once relevant Rules are amended, Resume Dream Factory will notify users of the amended content on the website pages, and such amendments shall take effect immediately upon expiration of the announcement period. If you do not raise written objections to Resume Dream Factory via in-site messages, email, customer service phone, or other means within the aforementioned announcement period, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the amended content of the Rules.

1.1 The ownership and operation rights of all services of Resume Dream Factory belong to Resume Dream Factory. The services provided by Resume Dream Factory will be strictly implemented in accordance with its published service terms and operating rules.
1.2 Before using any services provided by Resume Dream Factory, users shall carefully read this Terms of Service. If a user does not agree to this Terms of Service and/or any amendments thereto, the user may voluntarily cancel the services provided by Resume Dream Factory.
1.3 When a user uses any services provided by Resume Dream Factory, it shall be deemed that the user has fully read, understood, and agreed to accept all contents of this Terms of Service and all relevant rules published by Resume Dream Factory.
1.4 Resume Dream Factory has the right to amend the service terms when necessary. Once the service terms are amended, the amended content will be notified on the relevant pages. If a user does not agree to the amended content, the user may voluntarily cancel the network services obtained. If the user continues to use the network services, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the amendment to the service terms.
2.1 Resume Dream Factory uses its own operating system to provide network services to users through the Internet. Users must:
(1) Provide equipment, such as a personal computer, mobile phone, or other Internet access device;
(2) Bear personal Internet access costs and telephone and network charges related to this service.
2.2 In view of the importance of the network services provided by Resume Dream Factory, users agree to:
(1) Provide detailed and accurate personal information;
(2) Continuously update registration information to meet the requirements of timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
2.3 Resume Dream Factory provides users with services including but not limited to the following:
(1) Resume template browsing and download services;
(2) Online resume editing and creation services;
(3) AI intelligent resume generation services;
(4) Resume management, preview, export, and other related services;
(5) Other related services.
2.4 Resume Dream Factory reserves the right to modify or interrupt services at any time without notifying users. Resume Dream Factory shall not be liable to users or third parties when exercising the right to modify or interrupt services.
3.1 Users need to register an account before using Resume Dream Factory services. Users shall register accounts using true, accurate, and complete information and update registration information in a timely manner.
3.2 After successful registration, users will obtain an account and corresponding password, which shall be kept by the user. Users shall bear legal responsibility for all activities and events conducted under their user accounts.
3.3 Users shall not lend, transfer, sell, lease, or otherwise provide their accounts to others for use. Otherwise, Resume Dream Factory has the right to immediately reclaim such accounts, and any resulting losses shall be borne by the user.
3.4 If a user discovers any illegal use of a user account or any security vulnerability, please notify Resume Dream Factory immediately.
3.5 Users agree that Resume Dream Factory has the right to terminate the use of a user's account, password, or services, and delete any content stored by the user in the course of using the services, if the user violates this Agreement.
4.1 When using Resume Dream Factory services, users must comply with the following principles:
(1) Comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and comply with all network protocols, regulations, and procedures related to network services;
(2) Comply with all network protocols, regulations, and procedures related to Resume Dream Factory services;
(3) Not use the network service system for any illegal purpose;
(4) Not use Resume Dream Factory network services in any form to infringe upon the commercial interests of Resume Dream Factory, including but not limited to publishing commercial advertisements not authorized by Resume Dream Factory;
(5) Not use the Resume Dream Factory network service system to engage in any conduct that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network;
(6) Not use the network services provided by Resume Dream Factory to upload, display, or disseminate any false, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise illegal information or materials;
(7) Not infringe upon the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights, or any other lawful rights and interests of any third party;
(8) Not use the Resume Dream Factory network service system to engage in any conduct detrimental to Resume Dream Factory.
4.2 If a user violates any of the above provisions when using network services, Resume Dream Factory or its authorized persons have the right to require the user to rectify the violation or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to modifying or deleting content posted by the user, suspending or terminating the user's right to use network services) to mitigate the impact of the user's improper conduct.
4.3 Users shall not copy, duplicate, sell, resell, or use any part of this service or any use or acquisition of this service for any other commercial purpose.
5.1 Any text, images, graphics, audio, and/or video materials contained in the network services provided by Resume Dream Factory are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other property ownership laws. Without the consent of the relevant rights holders, such materials may not be directly or indirectly published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed for broadcasting or publishing purposes on any media, or used for any other commercial purpose.
5.2 All rights in any software used by Resume Dream Factory to provide network services (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, videos, recordings, music, text, and additional programs and accompanying help materials contained in the software) belong to the copyright owner of such software. Without the permission of the copyright owner of such software, users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble such software.
5.3 For original content such as text, images, audio, and video created, uploaded, published, or disseminated by users in the course of using Resume Dream Factory services, users retain their intellectual property rights. However, users agree to grant Resume Dream Factory and its affiliated companies a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license to use, copy, revise, rewrite, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display various information posted by users on the Resume Dream Factory platform, or to create derivative works thereof, and/or to incorporate such information into other works in any form, media, or technology now known or developed in the future.
5.4 Users shall ensure that content uploaded to the Resume Dream Factory platform does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. If content uploaded by a user infringes upon the intellectual property rights of a third party, Resume Dream Factory has the right to immediately delete the relevant content and has the right to require the user to bear corresponding legal liability.
6.1 Protecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of Resume Dream Factory. Resume Dream Factory guarantees that it will not publicly disclose or provide to third parties the registration information of individual users and non-public content stored by users on Resume Dream Factory when using network services, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Prior explicit authorization from the user;
(2) As required by relevant laws and regulations;
(3) As required by relevant government authorities;
(4) To protect the interests of the public;
(5) To protect the lawful rights and interests of Resume Dream Factory.
6.2 Resume Dream Factory may cooperate with third parties to provide relevant network services to users. In such cases, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility as Resume Dream Factory for protecting user privacy, Resume Dream Factory has the right to provide the user's registration information and other information to such third party.
6.3 Without disclosing the private information of individual users, Resume Dream Factory has the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of the user database.
6.4 Resume Dream Factory has established a comprehensive privacy protection mechanism. For details, please refer to the User Privacy Policy.
7.1 Users expressly agree that the risks associated with their use of Resume Dream Factory network services shall be entirely borne by themselves. All consequences arising from their use of Resume Dream Factory network services shall also be borne by themselves, and Resume Dream Factory shall not bear any liability to users.
7.2 Resume Dream Factory does not guarantee that network services will meet user requirements, nor does it guarantee that network services will not be interrupted, and makes no guarantees regarding the timeliness, security, or accuracy of network services.
7.3 Resume Dream Factory does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of external links set up for user convenience. Resume Dream Factory shall not bear any liability for the content of any web pages not actually controlled by Resume Dream Factory to which such external links point.
7.4 Resume Dream Factory shall not bear any liability for network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond Resume Dream Factory's control, but will endeavor to minimize losses and impacts caused to users thereby.
7.5 Users agree that Resume Dream Factory shall not bear any liability for the quality defects of the following products or services provided to users and any losses arising therefrom:
(1) Various network services provided free of charge by Resume Dream Factory to users;
(2) Any products or services gifted by Resume Dream Factory to users;
(3) Various products or services complimentary to paid network service users by Resume Dream Factory.
8.1 If a user violates any provision of this Agreement, Resume Dream Factory has the right to immediately terminate the provision of network services to the user and reserves the right to pursue liability through legal means.
8.2 If a user violates this Agreement and causes damage to any third party, the user shall independently bear liability. If Resume Dream Factory suffers losses as a result, the user shall also compensate Resume Dream Factory accordingly.
8.3 Users understand and agree that if a user violates this Agreement, Resume Dream Factory has the right to take one or more of the following measures:
(1) Immediately terminate, suspend, or restrict the user's right to use Resume Dream Factory services;
(2) Delete content published, uploaded, or disseminated by the user;
(3) Cancel the user's account;
(4) Pursue the user's legal liability.
9.1 Resume Dream Factory has the right to amend the provisions of this Agreement when necessary. Once the provisions of the Agreement are amended, the amended content will be notified on the relevant pages.
9.2 If a user does not agree to amendments made by Resume Dream Factory to relevant provisions of this Agreement, the user has the right to stop using network services. If the user continues to use network services, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the amendments made by Resume Dream Factory to relevant provisions of this Agreement.
9.3 Resume Dream Factory reserves the right to modify or interrupt services at any time without notifying users. Resume Dream Factory shall not be liable to users or third parties when exercising the right to modify or interrupt services.
10.1 The formation, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10.2 If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court in the place where Resume Dream Factory is located.
10.3 Resume Dream Factory's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
10.4 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
11.1 Resume Dream Factory solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the provisions in this Agreement that exempt Resume Dream Factory from liability and limit user rights. Please read carefully and independently assess the risks.
11.2 The copyright of this Agreement belongs to Resume Dream Factory, which reserves all rights of interpretation and amendment.
11.3 This Agreement shall take effect from the date on which the user agrees by checking the box and successfully registers a Resume Dream Factory account, and shall be binding on both Resume Dream Factory and the user.
