Membership Terms

These Membership Terms are an agreement between you and Resume Dream Factory (operated by Lingma Technology (Kunming) Co., Ltd.) for membership plans and pay-per-download credits.

Please read these terms before you pay, especially the sections on membership validity, whether exports use download credits, delivery of digital goods, and refunds. Completing payment means you have read and agreed to these terms.

These terms supplement the Terms of Service. Matters not covered here follow the Terms of Service. Matters about membership and download credits follow these terms.

1.1 Free use: without a membership, you may use the basic editing features. Exporting a resume that contains member-only resources requires a membership or download credits.

1.2 Membership: after you buy a plan, you may use the benefits shown on the purchase page during that plan's validity period, including member templates, member-only resources, and the included resume and AI quotas. Quotas are those shown at the time of payment.

1.3 Pay-per-download: when you have no membership, or after it expires, you may buy download credits to export resumes that contain member-only resources. PDF and PNG are both supported.

2.1 During an active membership, exporting a resume does not use download credits, including resumes that contain member-only resources. Members may export under their plan during the validity period without deducting download credits.

2.2 Download credits are used only when there is no active membership. Each successful export then uses one credit, whether you choose PDF or PNG. A failed export that does not produce a downloadable file does not use a credit.

2.3 Membership benefits or download credits are added as soon as payment succeeds. The membership period starts at that time and ends when it expires. After expiry, exporting a resume that contains member-only resources requires download credits. Saved resumes are not deleted when membership ends.

2.4 The price, credit count, validity period, and benefit description shown on the page are part of these terms. If they differ from this document, the package shown at the time you pay controls.

3.1 Prices and promotional prices are those shown on the payment page at the time you pay. Payment is completed through the method offered on the page.

3.2 Membership and download credits are digital goods. Successful payment is delivery, and the benefits take effect immediately.

3.3 Except where required by law, or where we cannot deliver a service you have already paid for, delivered digital goods are not covered by a seven-day no-reason return and are not refundable without cause.

3.4 If a system error causes a duplicate charge or benefits do not arrive, contact us. After we confirm the issue, we will restore the benefits or refund the corresponding amount by the original payment route.

4.1 Use member templates, exports, and AI features lawfully. Do not use them in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

4.2 Do not obtain or spend membership benefits or download credits through scripts, plug-ins, crawlers, simulated requests, multi-account abuse, forged payments, cracking or bypassing membership checks, or any other abnormal, improper, or malicious means.

4.3 Resume Dream Factory may independently determine, from orders, devices, accounts, and export records, whether use is abnormal or malicious. If it does, it may immediately freeze or reclaim membership and download credits, restrict export, suspend or cancel the account, and refuse to refund the related fees.

4.4 If you violate these terms or the Terms of Service, we may limit or end the related benefits. Benefits reclaimed for violation or malicious use, and services already consumed, are not refunded or compensated. In serious cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

5.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court with jurisdiction where the operator is located.

5.2 We may update these terms and publish the update on this page. If you buy or continue to use membership or download credits after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

5.3 The final right to interpret these terms belongs to Resume Dream Factory. Resume Dream Factory may interpret the scope of membership benefits, whether and how download credits are used or reclaimed, and whether conduct is abnormal or malicious use. To the extent permitted by law, matters not covered by these terms are governed by that interpretation.
